If you've made it this far, wait for Isaac's heart rate to go down (85 bps and below is good) and just move the needle closer at a slow and steady rate. Keep in mind the distance when moving the needle, or you may move it too far while the needle isn't aligned and kill yourself! In the few times I've done this, a safe distance to start using caution with moving the laser and keeping it steady on Isaac's eye is at about 4cm. Secondly, under the heart rate you will see the distance between Isaac's eye and the needle itself. watch the heart rate, and make sure the laser is aligned with his eye (and blue) at all times. The key here is to move the needle in slow, brief steps. The faster his eye moves, the sooner it gets ripped to shreds by the machine. The more he panics, the faster his eyes move.
